I have spend well over an hour trying to get the stupid fingerprint off of the wheelchair along with the serial number...i can not get it I have used everything and followed the walkthroughs step by step! HELP before I through my DS and break it lol!

To get the serial number use Mikrosil aputty like casting material. The number is on the same handle as the print just further down on the metal.I am sure I used Fingerprint powder for smooth surfaces on the handle of the chair. Make sure you are in close mode.
