Ok as far as I can see I've collected all the evidence I can but I still can't interrogate Cory. And neither of the tools I've found combine with the marks on the spring! Any clues from anyone?

There is a tool in the Vegas bike shop that matches the spring. You have to get a warrant to get to it. Once you get it, there are fingerprints on it also. Hope this helps. Good luck!
I have same problem. Have the tool and everything else but can't get a warrant :( help
