I am stuck on case 2. I have gathered fingerprints and the serial number from the wheel chair. I interviewed the restaurant owner and search the alley. Help me please. And thank you in advance

Did you find out how to do get any further? As I am stuck on the same place and can't get any further. Please help

I'm totally stuck there too, I can't even talk to the owner of the restaurant. Warrick keeps telling me to go talk to the guy and search in the alley and that something might show up. But I went there like a thousand of times...no such luck. I got the peice of torn jean, receipts, bill, food with rat poison....i am starting to feel like it's hopeless!!!!
