Super Mario 64 DS Hints for Nintendo DS
Go to cool, cool mountain as any character. Go down the chimmney of the house that you see what you first go in. Keep sliding and you will see a wall of ice. There will be a row of coin, follow them. Then hit the wall and you will go into the wall. You will be in a tunnel. You can't die so keep sliding and you will get two extra lives. Then you will come out on a ledge in the house. Walk to the right and there will be a yellow ! Box. Hit an dand you will get another extra life! Then to get down just jump, you will lose a little power but it's ok. Ok, hope you have fun!
You need to have Mario and the red ? Boxes functional. As soon as it starts, go to the red ? Box and break it. Quickly puff up to the blue bridge (hold up while you puff). If you pause, you can see the blue bridge. If you can, puff to the stone structure ahead of it and press R. Now you have skipped most of the level.
First go to Bob-Omb Battlefield and go to the second section. Pick up the Mario cap if you aren't Mario and race the Koopa. When you run up the sloped bridge, jump over the small fence and stand in the flower area. You will be warped really far ahead. Then enter the open gate. Head up the left that has the red coin. When you are at the top of the grass, run to the place that the big black balls come out of. Stand in it and you will be warped to the ledge at the top. Then the Koopa will seem very slow.
Go to the back of the castle were all the boos live.once you come out of the door do a back flip then you'll see a big hole in the wall. If you do go in and you'll see a green bunny
As any character go to Hazy Maze Cave and get to the toxic maze. Go to the brick but don't punch it. Stand on top of it and go to the corner. Press 'x' to get to first person view and make your camera rotate so you can see through the wall. Press 'x' agan to get back to normal view and you should fall into the brick(this takes a few tries). If you are Mario, Luigi or Wario I think you can punch the brick from the inside. I don't know what the point of this is (probably just for fun). I also think there are other places it is possible to do this.
If you are falling really fast or you are falling from a cliff,when you get close to the ground, do a ground-pound and you won't get hurt.
P.S does not save you from falling of a slide, course, or mountain.
Go to big boo's haunt and go to second floor then go to last door on the right,jump on top of the red box,then go in the door and find the luigi painting
To do this you will need to find the key to the basement after you find it there are two ways to do it you either take the short way(like a cheat and could only be done with Mario or Luigi) or the long way(can be done by anyone in the game).
When I first did it I used the short way then the long way. The short way to do it is to get into the basement then look at the left you will see a slightly slanted slope covered by glass over it. Now to do it this way run under it(the glass) and after you run under it quickly jump and press the A button while holding the Y button and the top of the pad controller and if done correctly you should get to the top and then you ground pound the pillars. And for the long way go the way where the door is when entered go right left forward right and right again and right again if done correctly there is a door enter it go down the hole swim to the other side and ground pound the pillars.
Go into the boo garden. Kill the big one with the thing that looks like it has a garbage can in it. Then stand by it, and you will get sucked in. Go on any level, accept "go on a ghost hunt". Go in the castle, and go up the big stairs in the center of the castle. Turn right,jump to the other hall thing. Go in the only door. BEWARE FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR!!! Go onto the platform with the power flower, float up to the other floor, go into the door, voila... Luigi's painting. Once you've jumped in, set the sound to surround, put it on full volume, and follow the laughter.
Ok, go to the title screen and go to the file screen. Look at the right side of the castle and note the black square. Go on any file, then go exactly where you saw it and BOOM! It's gone! Rumors say that if you hit the invisible box, you get Waluigi. I don't believe this.
First, (as anyone) go into the room with all three character door then go left and jump into Princess Peach's window, then go down the slide, but, as you are sliding hold the bottom arrow pad key and jump as many times and you should slide back wards on your belly or your butt.
(Not really a cheat but I thought it was cool)
In a water level your on a very low live go in the water and back out and get more lives
There is a door underwater of the castle and that leads to the basement

Ok so go to bomb land and go in the cannon that has rocks like a patio then make sure the top arrow thats faceing down line up with the bottom of the floating island the FIRE and you shouldslide up the slope and then you should see blue then look down at the map and you should land on the moutain if you aim right 
Jump kick goomboss on the back[don't use yoshi] a mushroom will appear then just punch and he is dead
The hardest thing to do is get Waluigi but, if you got him action replay there must be a way to get him. My friend *code name* sexigigas has found something that most people don't expect. In the boo garden go to the door and jump on the ledge you need moon jumping to for action replay jump of the empty area where Luigi's rabbit should be after you have collected all 151 stars you should be able to jump to another ledge above that. That is where Waluigi is go to the end of the ledge jump into the wall and you will end up on the other side of that mirror thing to get Wario after that go into the Waluigi painting fight the rabbit king and you get to play as Waluigi if doesn't work or if you cannot find the other ledge I will show you a video and prove it.
You can only get it when in the hall you see a light u have to look up by pressing x then pressing up.when You transport there you have to fly down to the botten and press it(you need mario)
Big BaBomb on the Summit: Pick up a babomb and throw it at the Big Babomb. Do this repeatedly.
Big BaBomb's revenge: Go behind big Babomb, pick him up and throw him But not off the stage.
Chip off Womp's Block: Get in front of Womp. Wait till he tries to smash you. Hop on his back and ground pound him.
Bowser in the Dark World: Go to the edge of the ring
wait till Bowser spits fire at you. Go behind Bowser. Pick him up and throw him at the spiky ball.
Boil the Big Bully: Go behind big bully and punch him. Do this until he is off the stage.
Bowser in the Lava Sea: Go to the edge of the stage, wait till he runs after you, do a backflip over Bowser's head, pick Bowser up, throw him at the spiky ball.
Bowser in the Sky: Go the edge of the stage. Wait till Bowser stops stomping around like crazy, pick him up, throw him at the spiky ball, if you throw him off the stage he'll ground pound a piece of the ring off. Do this again then the stage will look like a star. Wait till he comes to the edge of the stage, do a backflip over his head, pick him up, and sling him around harder and stronger. Do this until he hits a spiky ball.
I'm not sure if only I've noticed but after you beat any Bowser level with Mario, you can go back and fight him with anybody!
