Go to bob-omb battlefield and do the star, "Footrace with Koopa The Quick". MAKE SURE YOU'RE PLAYING AS MARIO! Start the race, then go to the nearest ? Block and get the feather. Use the cannon closest to (not on) the floating island. Shoot yourself towards the summit of the mountain and you'll be flying. Fly onto the summit and cross the finish line. When Koopa The Quick finally gets to the summit, he'll say you cheated regardless of the fact he didn't see you do it.
