Do I need Landorus, Thundurus and Tornadus to complete the Unova Dex in White 2? Because the only way to get is in Dreamworld or White/Black and I have none of those

This is a difficult questions. Some people believe if you see every Pokemon in the Unova Dex, you have completed the Unova Dex. You can't find Tornadus, Thundurus, or Landorus in Pokemon White 2. However, you can get them registered in your Pokedex by talking to the women in the house on Route 7.

If you're trying to catch all the Pokemon in the Unova Dex, this means you'll have to obtained a Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus. You can obtain these Pokemon by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

Hope this helps!

You will need them to complete the Unova Pokédex. You can see them by talking to the proprietor of the house to the east on Route 7, but they themselves will have to be traded from Black or White or imported from Pokémon Dream Radar (in order to gain access to their Therian Formes).

Yes, you need them to complete it.
