This works in Black 2. On a dsi, dsiXL(don't know about 3ds), go to 'settings' and then Internet. Go to Connection settings and Advanced setup. Pick a connection and change settings. Go to where it says "Auto-Obtain DNS" and then No. Go to Detailed Setup and type this EXACT number:204.(space)45.(space)29.(space)54. Type this number for connections 4,5,and 6. Load the game and into a Poke Center and talk to the lady on the far right, and start GTS,NOT GTS negotiations. When the connections are ready, a random Pokemon comes down for you. The only problem is that when you put those Pokemon in your party, their stats(including HP) are at 0 and healing them won't work. You might just breed then for a safer and actually trainable version of them.
When you get 2 castelia sewers for the first time wait till you meet up with your rivial an travel as a party use the move thief with any Pokemon that has the move in your party and target your rivals starter.what ever starter they have will have the corasponding iteam. Go to Pokemon studios and go to the far right where you see a model and an artist. Go to the tree above u. Press a next to it and it will ask if you wanna surf. Say yes and you surf on the trees. U can't move anywhere though so you just sit there on a tree.

There are many strong trainers to get experience from. This does not include the elite four and Pokemon league. To get even more exp attach an exp share to your weakest Pokemon( however many exp shares you have) and a lucky egg to your head Pokemon. These trainers you can battle daily: rival( after you beat game) in drift veil city ex-team plasma house, game freaks( 2 of them) in castelia city game freak building, and double battle with cilan, chili, or cress( after you beat the game) against the other 2 brothers in the striaton city ex-gym. You can also battle the team plasma shadow triad when the season changes(monthly) at the far right cliff of iccirus city across the bridge(after you beat the game). Hope this helps you to train and evolve.

Once a day, buy 12 Casteliacones for $1200 in Castelia City.
Sell the Casteliacones to the Maid in the trailer on Route 5 for $2000 each (A total of $24000).
This gives you a profit of $22800!
Also, use Casteliacones instead of full heals, as they are cheaper but do the same. This will help you to save money.
When you go to pokestar studios,in the northeast corner there will be a ledge. Get on the ledge and press A on the last tree and (If you have a Pokemon that knows surf)will ask you if you wanna surf.

The best HM slaves in this game are Rufflet(or Braviary) to learn Fly, Defog, and Strength and a Psyduck to learn Surf, Dive, Waterfall, and Flash. This is as far as I know the best way to have the HMs
I'm not sure if this is the only way but this is how I did it. First get Keldeo in your party. Next get the other Swords of Justice Pokemon Cobalion, Terrakion, and Vizirion in your party. Go to Floccesy Town and go behind alder's house. There will be a rock and if you approach it then a scene will take place and if you teach Keldeo secret sword it will evolve.
All you have to do is take both of your fingers or your stylus and slide it on the touch screen toward your opponent If this doesn't work keep on trying until it does because it works.
(These moves include:Thunder,Fire Blast,Blizzard,Zap Cannon and any other moves that are low on accuray.)
Go to one of the three divespots near undella bay and get alot of rare items then in one of the houses there is a karate guy talk to him and depending on the item you gave him you will get money up to 200,000 dollers then buy pokeballs then look for the cheats on rare Pokemon and use the pokeballs till you catch them use the rest on Pokemon you don't have

If you have a Pokemon that you want to raise faster, add it to you're party (if it is in the PC Box) and give it the Lucky Egg. Then go to Route 1. The best idea is to send that weak one that is holding the Lucky Egg out first, then switch it to a stronger one and defeat the Wild Pokemon you are battling. Until it reaches in between Lv.55 and Lv.60. Then it should be easier. If you battled Audino and deafeated while holding the Lucky Egg, the Pokemon you are raising is guaranteed to go the Level you want it to be FASTER.

It can get boring training your Pokemon can't it? There is actually a simple way to do it without the action replay and all those fancy jimjams. Some very simple ways:
1~ Battle all trainers! It gives you more EXP than wild Pokemon.
2~ Use the exp share and the lucky egg. If your battling Pokemon has the lucky egg and the ones in your party are holding exp shares, you'll most likely get more exp to the other Pokemon as well as the one battling. (Exp shares are found in the Pokemon fan club in Icirrus city or in thr battle company in castelia city)
3~ Challenge the elete four multiple times!
4~ Use BP from PWT or the battle subway to obtain Rare candies.
5~ Use traded Pokemon! They gain boosted EXP that way.
6~ In Pokemon b..

Regirock Deep in the Clay Road are the Underground Ruins. These ruins are seldom seen caves which hold a massive puzzle. The first one is the focus of the Pokémon Regirock and has you have to do a puzzle that can only be known if you visit the place at Day and night. The puzzle requires you to move 6 steps down from the centerpiece and then move 9 steps right. Then select down to hit a hidden switch. This changes the ruins so Regirock becomes available.
Regice- Following on from the capture of Regirock, you will receive a special Unova Link key. The Steel Key in Black 2 or the Iceberg Key in White 2.
