He doesn't come. This game was made before the 4th Gen pokemon came out. The only thing you get is a statue.

after u get jirachi on your team then u get to fight lucario alone! and if u beat him u get him.

not true get all legends wait a day alakazam comes and talks about a place called legend peake filled with legendary illusions get to 99 floor and lucario

uknow ive completed the game got 5 legendaries zapdos acturnio moltres mew and kygore but ive got past suicune and the other 2 beat mew2 then ...my game broke all my data lost i could still play the game but all my data my file gone!sniffle

i already beated the game 11 times i got it since i was8 im 11 years now and i got all legendaries
