I think you can find max item cheat in the AR section. Use that and feed gummi to the Pokemon.
Yes dude their is an Max IQ cheat for the ARDS this only works for the person who is the leader if their are others well then IDK but here is the code

Oh yah 1 more thing you do not need to feed a gummi to it when you use the code I can't remember what it is but it's eaither level up with the code on or just enter the dungon but I'm about 99.9% sure it's the 2nd one and only .1% sure that it's the 1st one
