There are two Pokemon that can learn the move recycle, They are Mr. Mime at level 33, And Porygon at Level 44. Use this move in a dungeon to refresh all your used TM's allowing you to reuse them again and again. INCREDIBLY USEFUL later in the game when you have really good moves that you want to teach to all your compatible pokes~
