Ummm...you mean Machoke to Machamp? You need to get a Link Cable, which is found in Solar Cave in place of HMs once you already have them, and go to Luminous Cave at Whiscash Pond and give the spirit the Link Cable, and your Machoke will become Machamp.

Once you trade it to Red...then it will evolve.

I Think you mean machoke into machamp.
You need to give machoke a link cable before you go into the Luminous cave.
I suggest you level him up before you evolve him since they level up slower after evolusion.

Ignore cyber_john3000! You CANNOT trade any Pokemon from one game to another in these games-it's impossible! You need to use a link cable you can find behind the locked door on the 10th Floor of Solar Cave or a locked door you got whatever else was supposed to be in sometimes, but you can find enough of them to do all the evolutions you need to usually trade with someone to get, and if you need an item too it'll take both that and the cable.
