Well to evolve any Pokemon you must unlock luminous cave. To unlock luminous cave you must finish the game. (defeat rayquaza). Then the next day you find a cave in wishcashes pond.
NOTE...inside you see a talking crystal to ask you if you want to evolve or not. And then he says will you give me an item for evolution (say no as you only give him an item if your Pokemon was someone like...lets say onix. In the previous games you need to trade him with metal coat. so to evolve a Pokemon such as onix you need to give the crystal metal coat and a link cable.
PROBLEM.. If you find a problem as it says you can only enter with one Pokemon and your partner is still with you. you should go and do a mission and then you will be able to go to places on your own.

You must first beat the game...Then after that go to the Whiscash pond and go inside the Luminous Cave alone...At certein level there you will evolve and so as the other Pokemon you have.

You need to beat the Final Match in Story Mode (Rayquaza), and once it's defeated, a rock will open up in the Whishcash Lake, where those stepping stones are. If your Poke'mon are at a high enough level to evolve, you go in the hole (walk to it), a voice will ask you if you want to evolve. Choose, yes, and it'll evolve.

First you have to beat the game then get charemander to LV.36. Then go to luminous cave and evolve it.

Well you have to beat the whole game first. Then after the credits and stuff then you will wake up then it will say the next day.. After that I forgot what Pokemon will tell you that snubbull look different then you will go to whichcash pond then he will say that he looks different then alakazam will say he evolved then the screen will go look at the cave then you will stop talking then you will try to go in there then you can't because you can only bring one Pokemon there then you go try to go to a dugeon then your partner will say making people a leader and stuff then you just put yes then you go on the menu then go to team then go to your partner then he\she will standby in his freind area spot after then you go to that cave it's called luminous cave then a strange voice say do you want to evolve yo say yes after that push no about givening a item alsothen you evolve (remeber you have to be a certain level to evolve also givening a item to the guy will also for you to evolve for a exmaple evee can evolve to lots of different Pokemon then you use lunar ribbon to make evee to a umbreon don't matter what is you level I think but I think for some levels is required
