If you call Cheren on your Xtransceiver, he will give you various Battle/Pokemon Advice.
This is a very important feature, especially if you don't know what some of your Pokemon are weak to or what some of their moves do.
If you call Bianca on your Xtransceiver, she will tell you how happy your Pokemon is and if it is fully EV Trained.
These two things are key to know, especially if you're EV Training your Pokemon or your Pokemon evolves with Maximum Happiness.
If you call your Rival on your Xtransceiver, he will give you locations where you can find Legendary Pokemon.
This is a very important feature, especially if you're having trouble finding them.
Just like in Pokemon Black and Pokemon White, the Individual Values Checker can be found within the Gear Station in Nimbasa City. This is a very important character if you're EV Training your Pokemon.
The Move Relearner can be found in a stand at the Pokemon World Tournament. His stand is right next to the Move Deleter's Stand. He will charge one Heart Scale for every move your Pokemon relearns.
The Massage Giver can be found in a building near the Gym in Castelia City. It's the same building as the Name Rater. She will massage your Pokemon once a day. This will make the Pokemon's Happiness grow.
The Move Deleter can be found in a stand at the Pokemon World Tournament. He can delete any move that your Pokemon knows, including HM Moves. He will do this free of charge.
