why cant i get the ice key when i get both other guys
I try go on and off but didnt work and I try to look on them if they have the key AND I SAVE but it didnt work and now I have to start over now becausee I save and I didnt get the ice key pls help me I DIDNT START OVER ET

I believe you are talking about the Iceberg Key. You obtain the Iceberg Key in Pokemon White 2 after you catch Regirock in the Underground Ruins.
The Iceberg Key can be found in your Unova Link, which is found on the Game's Opening Menu. The Iceberg Key allows you to find/catch Regice in the Underground Ruins.

to get that key you need white2 and black2 on both ds's if you have 2 then go to unva and traid black city and white forest plus the keys. If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
