I really need it!I really want to have the sc-fi and cinema house!! Please, I need a cheat from 2015!

Sorry mate but there are no Cheats you can use to do that at the present time. There used to be some but they have been patched. The best tactic you can take is to get four Sims doing a Hobby, with four more doing another.
Ghost Hunter and Diving are two really good ones - they are effective at gaining LP. As for money and XP just keep your Sims working or doing hobbies!
