Practice firefighting using neighbors fire hydrant.
None of my neighbors seem to have a fire hydrant, or is really on the game that much. How am I supposed to complete this if no one has a fire hydrant? Is there a way to add people as neighbors who you are not friends with on FB (without adding them to FB)

Mhm, first you have to build the Promotion 'R' Us store,the one near to the Park, it will cost you 7,500 Simoleons & 6 Sims. Here is some Tips on how to get that amount of money, try sending your sims to work, the more you send your sims to work, the more your sims' salary will increase and the more Simoleons you will receive. So good luck.
