How do I complete the road to Fame to build the Sims Famous sign?

Well you have to have your teen sim get all the trophies for the Teen Idol Hobby: meaning you must buy all they different types of instruments and play them all enough till the hobby is completed. Also once the Quest is over you don't get the sign right away. Its kind of hard to explain but once you beat the quest and tap the sign, it'll explain it

The Road to Fame Quest is one of the regular Quests you have to do in order after you finish your other quests (First you need to finish the other quests like the Teenagers quest, the high School one, and the pirate ship one). It won't be unlocked if you don't finish the other quests first.
Once you do the Quest, your Sims will have to play instruments to get Hobby awards (Teen Idol hobby). Every time you complete a row of hobby skills you get a resource for the sims town sign. Once you have enough resources, you can upgrade your sim town sign. Once it has been upgraded to level 3 (that's the highest level it goes), you get the teen idol mansion for free!
