Question for The Sims FreePlay

I've reached my Sim limit. If I have a couple divorce, can I then build a new house and have one Sim move there? I have a few empty spaces, but no empty houses. Please help!

I have same problem. I think you can only add a house + sim at same time, so a sim will have to "leave town" ie delete a sim (click on sim and hit delete button on top left corner) if you want to add a house to your town.

I have a few empty houses that I've kept for revenue. But if I demolish them I still don't think I can add a new house as I've reached my sim limit.

I'm not keen on deleting a sim so I will wait for updates to see if more sims can be added.

You can move the divorcing sim back to the house it came from when you created it.

They shouldn't have added more houses in town when you can't fill up your original lots. The sim limit has been reached before I could add my last two sims to single lived in houses. I still have one more space from original space to occupy. Also, I have 3 sim children 1 per sim married couple, making a total of 30 or 31. Limiting sims does not keep players around for long.
