Not as of yet. It's rumored that in the next update the toddler will be able to grow to a kid.

Preteens need to be able to age up into adults, I have 4 kids and all stuck in preteen mode, and since only 16sims are available it would be better to have them age up to them be able to have hobbies and everything else.

Hi, the toddlers do grow up after a while and they do go to School, but first you have to have all of your businesses already made and it will unlock a school, and no you have to drive your kid to school, also the whole town has to have at least more then one kid

You can not build a school and the toddlers do not grow on Sims freeplay. Yes they grow and go to school on Sims 3

in the sims freeplay the toddlers grow up into children and to unlock the school you must build it.Guest answered:
Babies can grow into toddlers but you have to be at least level 11 so you can bake a cake and click on the baby and press "have birthday" then your babie will be a toddler. Same with preteen.

Children can grow up on the Sims freeplay. I don't know up to what Age, my first child is still a preteen. I didn't unlock all by buildings and still built a School, and I have my child enrolled in it. I don't know why everyone's saying you have to get all your businesses first. When I first had a baby, you can just click have a birthday to make it a toddler. You have to bake a cake to make it a preteen. I'm stuck on preteen for now :/

Yes you can because I have the new home update for beach Houses and my toddler is now a kid soooo yeah...
