It will have a dirty diaper, which will show up as green gas clouds around the baby, and it will also starve which will, if left for long enough, lead to Death.

He's right but if you keep it Luke that for a long time you will start to see dead guts and tiny baby bones it's horrible !!!! Just horrible!!!!!

for me the stork came back and took the baby and i got a notification saying "oh no! you didnt take care of your baby properly, seems like you arent ready to raise a child"Guest answered:
In Sims 4, the Social worker will take it away
I don't know why but the message said "maybe you should have a goldfish before parenting again"
