How do you break up with / stop dating a sim you are dating

Keep being rude or complaining until the status bar were it says married is full it will then give you the option to divorce.

Not too sure but for me I had two married sims and one of them had another partner. When I went to interact with them it had the option to "break up".

If you are already dating you can't but if you are in a "budding relationship" just make the sims complain to each other.

If you would like to stop dating that sim you must keep on clicking the "be rude" button because then you will just become aqutences

Well I figured out a way but it involves the sim you don't want to not exist in the game anymore. What I did what go to the area where they can get dressed and at the top left corner there is a figure with a red outside circle and click that and that sim won't exist anymore. You still keep your money and what your town was worth will stay the same. Hope this helps

You can try making them complain at a public place like the park or sports centre, and/or with other sims present

I've just tried it 2 minutes ago and it works!!! Keep on dating until they are partners, then choose be rude about 3 times. Then there will be an option to break up and they will go back to being acquaintances. Hope this helped!

All you have to do is get your sims to be partners and then click Complain of Be Rude until Break Up appears as one of the options. I figured this out on my own. Hope that helps!

They don't have to be partners to break up. You can be married to divorce. All you do is go to at public place like the park, then click on complain, and soon you will be able to divorce. Then you will become acquaintances. Hope this helped!!!!!! :-)
