Unfortunately, no. This game is you the town owner, the sims are like robot. They do what you make them to do of the availabilities. But the PC Sims games are different, you can have babies there.

Well what r they doing when they do the woohoo thing when there partners it shows there naked and kissing and so I know there having it so I think they do get pregnant

No, they can'tnbut they can have babies. You have to be married and then buy a crib, click on the crib then the baby will "magically" appear in the crib after waiting 20 hours.. I have a baby now and one waiting for 19 hours.. Good luck

Ya guys you can have a baby on iPhone because theirs many proofs that their a crib and theirs a toy shop for children and even when you go to the app store when you look at the pictures they show babies

Well I done the whoooo bit and they few days later my sim had to go to work but that thing appeard and it said something like "sorry but Your sim can go to work because of the sickness and vomits" and then she got pregnant, and I swear it was it was on the sims FreePlay

Ok guys! You can't get pregnant but once your sims are married you can buy a crib at either the toy store or the home store (under baby) then you place the crib facing away from the wall. Once you've done that you click the little symbols above the crib (person with a plus sign next to it) and wait 24 hours. The baby will be ready then!

I agree with those other people I've tried to HAVE a baby on the iPad but you can't you can only get a baby using a crib not your " stomach" you can on the computer only though if you actually want to HAVE a baby this isn't a answer and this might be a long thingamajig but hope this helped in SOME sort of way
