With the proper amount of cash you unlock during the single-player campaign of Uncharter 2, you can unlock all kinds of goodies in the menu at the store found under bonuses.
Note: If you have a savegame from Uncharted: Drake's Fortune you'll be rewarded with a one-time $20000. If that savegame also has that game completed, you'll be given an extra $80000.

Weapons:

You can buy weapons from the store to use these during single player mode.
In order to actually use these weapons you'll need to have beaten the game at least once on the difficulty you're currently playing.
In other words, if you've beaten the game on Normal you'll be able to use your bought weapons on Normal difficulty and below,
but not on Hard or Crushing. To use bought weapons, simply select them from the menu under Bonuses -> Store -> Weapons.
