Nate and Elena have finally found the secret entrance to Shambala after traversing the enormous monastery.

Notice that the daggers on the sides of the wall aren't all aligned.  Spot the two Phurba's that have their faces downward and rotate them so that their faces are facing up.  Inspect the orb to initiate a thrilling cutscene.

Note: While trekking with Flynn you can get away with trying to melee him once. A second attempt will result in him killing you.

Afterwards, continue with Flynn along the way.  Follow the path and jump over the gap.

Continue with Flynn by jumping to the walls slightly right and shimmy down the ledges.  Head for the platform, give Flynn a boost, follow him and take quite literally a leap of faith toward him.  From here, climb the steps to your left and you'll soon reach a narrow opening you'll have to squeeze through.  Move the stone head out of the way with Flynn, then shimmy across the ledge by climbing down.

Get behind the other side of the cart and push it with Flynn's help, allowing you to reach those skulls.  Shimmy all the way until you reach the platform, then move to the end, jump to the walkway and head for the stairs.

|!|facing the stairs, simply move to your left and you should already see    |!|
|!|this treasure shining on a small platform.                                |!|

Climb the stairs and you're up for another puzzle.  Bring Drake's Journal up with the select button and you'll see those same symbols again on the last two pages.  Look at the symbols in squares:  Those are also displayed on the grating on each side of the room.  Simply align the symbols onto the cylinders as they are displayed in Drake's Journal, then turn the wheel that shows up in the middle of the room and you're all set.
