Fumo and Narco inform you of a job they have for you - you have to escort the film producer Vilanova from his Studio to Northside. This is essentially a driving mission. First, get in the car with Fumo - it's a Limousine, so may take some getting used to. Drive to Vilanova's studio. He will get in the car and you then need to take him to Northside. You need to make sure you don't freak Vilanova out by driving too aggressively.

After you've dropped him and Fumo off, you will be called by Jessica Medeiros, the PR co-ordinator for Governor Branco, the governor of Rio at this time. She wants your help in ensuring Branco wins the upcoming election against Councilman Peralta, an enemy of Angel. After a brief discussion, the mission ends.

Reward: 10,000R$

Speaking to Jessica at the end of the last job unlocks a new string of jobs completing tasks for her.
