Have you been to ozette?if so then exit at the bottom of ozette (where presea lives) and right next to ozette will be Altessa's house. He is the dwarf you are looking for.

Well the woods are like a maze I think but if you go in diffrent directions you be in a cutscene were you have to fight a couple of knights.
