Unlocking Bonuses and Fighting Aviation

Unlock Completion Bonuses:

When you have successfully completed a game 'Save' the file and then reload the cleared game file. The 'Game Record' and 'Mania' options will now be unlocked at the Title screen. There will also be new items at the Grade Shop.

Fight against Aviation:

Get ALL 9 Darkness Weapons and then go to the Darkness Temple.

It's not a "place" after you beat the final boss just load up your save file and boom

How do you use the book that leads to Niflheim in Sybak?

This is tough.

First, you'll need to get the Derris Emblem and you must have made the Pact with Origin and gotten Dirk to forge the Ring of the Pact. To get the Derris Emblem, you have to use the Eternal Sword to take you to Derris-Kharlan. You will get the Derris Emblem soon enough.
After that, you go to Asgard and talk to one of the Elves who will mention the cursed book. Then you can open it with the Derris Emblem and proceed. Niflheim is tough. VERY tough.

how do i get to hima i am so lost

To get to hima just leave luin via the west side and continue heading that way and hima is right around the corner of the upcoming mountain and you won't be able to restore luin until you save pietro and have the ability to go between the worlds (sorry little spoiler)
