O.K. I have all the S.weapons except for raines and the furoms say that item collector has it but I can't find it. Please tell me where and how to get her S.weapon....Thanx =)

Ok go to Koton the item collector and talk to him and a cut scene will show raine bartering wit him and she'll trade him a crown of the wind king for the weapon
It's the geezer at Hakonesia peak that wants to charge 10,000,000 gald for a pass to get across!
You have to make sure to go back to Flanoir and talk to Abyssion, with all the other Devil's Arms (and eight characters in your party, otherwise he won't be there), before you can get Raine's Devil's Arm from Koton.
