To get married you have to have a level 3 house, 20 notes and a Large Bed, but Woody is not offering any Large beds in his shop. What am I doing wrong?

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! You need 30 notes not 20 notes. And do you have eight hearts 4 anyone yet? You need that too. I think I know the answer to your problem! Did you bring the notes to the sprites?! If not do it and the big bed is titled Bed (L) Gorgeous. That's most likely the problem.

Okay, you need 30 notes, atleast 8 hearts with your honey ;) and your MAIN house must be level 3. I wasted money on a new construction, and I eventually had to demolish it D=!!!!! But keep it up. And don't listen to that other guy, he/she is being mean... =)
