I've heared that Lyla's opens at the end of spring, or at the start of summer. But you have to attend the flower festival, so put a flower in the town square's collection box. You should get Lyla iN THE spring/summer. Hope I helped!
I believe that you have to ship tons of blue berries, flowers, and clay.
You have to ship 30 or more flowers and they all don't have to be the same kind
