I've planted about ten different apple and grape trees about half a year ago but they still wont grow, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

Make sure that when you plant trees, they are 3x3 squares apart. Otherwise, they won't grow properly.
you also need to keep watering them until they are full grown. And that usually takes about six days.
