To get married you have to woo your woman.. pick who you want to marry then find out what her favorite things are and give them to her, get her hearts built up and also you need to get the Mayor's hearts up to about 3 0r 4 then he will take you to rock climb for your blue feather.. Give that to your bride to be. The dolphin.. Feed him fish get about 3 hearts and you can ride him. To make friends just give people things and talk to them.

For the dolphin say hello and give him fish everyday til it gets up to one heart.When the dolphin has one heart youcan to the the island.

To get married,you need to have atleast 8 hearts on the person of your choice,and you also need atleast 30 Musical Notes.You also need to get a level 3 house,which you can get if you befriend Joe,Kurt,or Woody.aAfter you get your level 3 house,you can get a doudle bed,which you also need.Finally,you need to befriend the mayor,when you do,there will be a cut-scene one day when you walk out of your house,thenm,he will take you to the mountain to climb it,whedre you then find the blue feather.After you have it,you can propose to your lover and get married the next day :3! Then, upgrade to a lvl 3 house and save up for a double bed. Theodore will come and lead you to Mt. Moon which you need to climb in order to get the blue feather and propose with it. He/she will automatically say yes and your wedding will be the very next day!

Also, to go to the island make sure to give the dolphin fish an wave to him everyday. To find him go to the Junk shop. Then, continue down the path until the path turns left. Cross the bridge and go down the very next path you see. The dolphin will be at the end of the dock. When you befriend him, you can ride to the island and fish! Hope I helped!
