Do you have to UPGRADE your house to get the double bed? I have 2 houses

No I don't think so but you need to upgrade your house to LV 3 if you want to get married and to get a double bed I think you need to get hearts with woody and just need to upgrade one house whenever

You don't need to buy another house you just need to make house #1 bigger. To do that you go to woodys and say remodel then click on house #1 and yeah.....

I wasted all my money doing it so I suggest getting a lot before you start the process of getting the third lvl house and the double bed, or maybe just space it out over time because I did it all in one. But what the others said is true. For the double bed you must have at least one heart with Woody and you have to remodel/Upgrade a house.

You have to have 2 or 3 hearts with Kurt,Woody or joe and a level 3 house
