Meek heart and Gwen

How do I get my meek heart note? Also how do I get Gwen to come back? Someone told me carrots but that only brought back Eve. Help me!

The meek heart is the very last note you get. You get it from Jamie at the Goddess Spring place...

For Gwen, I think you need to wait it out. She left me too, and she's been gone for about a week...
