Well if you need to remodel, go talk to Woody when he is standing behind his table inside the Workshop. He opens at 6am. Talk to him, and when the menu opens, choose "Remodel." Choose "House" or "Home" or the name of your house if you named it. Click which upgrade you want, and place where you want the new house on your property. After you pay for it, the next day your Kurt, Joe, and Woody will show up telling you their finished. You then get to re-arrange your furniture.
