So I just got married to Alex today ( Yes I have 1 file with a boy and 1 file with a girl) and I was wondering, does he say anything except what he said before we were married later in the game?

Yes they say the same thing for a long time but later on it changes

Every time you get a new heart with anyone (including your partner) they will say something different to you, I don't know if it changes after you get all the hearts but I hope this helps :)
