Hello, I know Pokemon FireRed is rather old, but I have a very important question! I recently obtained a FireRed for very cheap at a yard sale. I have no clue if the previous owners used cheats or not. I put the game into my DS for the first time, and it said no game card. No big deal, my DS does that all the time. Reinserting it, it says something like "DS option inserted" and won't let me click it. FINALLY, after a lot of tries (My DS is old, this occasionally happens on other games but never the odd message) the game works. The Nintendo Gameboy intro flashes... But then the screen goes white. I've retried again and again, the most I get is the Gameboy intro. It's not a huge deal to me, the game was a dollar, but I was wondering if there was a way to fix my game. Thanks a ton in advance!!!

To be honest with you, I think the game is shot. If it took your DS that long to recognised it and it won't make it through the introduction, I don't think it can be fix. I would recommend you try to buy one that is in better condition, if you still want to play the game.
