This is it! The Main Event! The Champion of Champions Race is a Beaumont Circuit Reverse that consists of 5-Laps on Asphalt, and it pays the winner a whopping $5M -- that is Five Million Credits!
Not only does the winner get the big prize, they also become the Horizon Champion for the year (technically that would be the 2012-2013 Horizon Champion).
The restrictions for this race are very basic -- it is open to all Classs-R2 cars and below.
The Main Event in which you will be showing Mister Darius Flynt which way up is!
The course itself is really unremarkable. Simply pick a car that you are very familiar with -- upgrade it if you need to -- and then race. I chose to do this race with the Viper since I was fresh off racing it on a similar track and figured that would give me an edge. It did.
At some point in the race, if you have been following the guide, you will unlock the Achievement “Notorious” (30G) You're the most popular driver at Horizon.
As you cross the finish line and win the race in addition to the title and five-million purse you will also unlock the Achievement “Darius Who?” (100G) You owned Darius Flynt and became the Horizon Festival champion.
Darius Flynt is one ******-off driver -- specifically he is angry at YOU. So after you win your five million-dollar prize and get declared the champion he challenges you to a one-on-one race, and you have to race it!
No worries mates, this is the rivals race -- the final rivals race -- only unlike all of the ones you did before, this one is long. Put another way, if you take ALL of the previous Rival Races, put them back to back, and then DOUBLE the distance, it is still not as long as this race, which literally takes you around the entire region.
Once you beat Darius again you will accomplish several things. First, you will have finally shown him which way up is, and you will have won the pink slip for his Ferrari 599XX! Go You!
You will also unlock the Achievement “Domination” (10G) You've sent every Horizon Star Packin'.

I beat Flynt with Barn Finds the 1991 Bugatti EB110 SS and the Ferrari Testa Rosa

The rival race against flynt is called Goliath it's a mixed surface street race in Montano Plains
