Gold: Recaro Redline

This Route 27 Run is a Point-to-point race on asphalt, and is worth 250 Points towards completing the Gold Wristband, and pays $18K to the winner (not counting bonuses).

Restrictions for this race are Class-R3 cars or below.

The first race in the Gold Series and it is a Point-to-Point which is nice...

So we finally get to meet Darius Flynt -- and oh boy does he have an ego!

I did not think it was possible to run a race like the ball in a pinball machine and still win it, but as it turns out it is! Teach me to spend zero time getting familiar with R3 class Supercars, right?

Seriously though, this point-to-point will go much smoother if you maintain good control over the car and, judging by the finish times it would be possible to do that and win without looking as bad as I ended up looking. Just saying.

Well that, and spending some time actually driving these rockets on four wheels will also help a lot.
