10 Things We Wish Pokemon Would Do
Let Ash Finally Be In A Relationship
This has got to be the most overdue of overdue things when it comes to Pokemon. Ash has had many girls fall for him, but nothing ever happened. He left Misty broken-hearted; May and Drew always seemed to have a thing; Dawn seemed to be more interested in Kenny at the end of the Sinnoh Saga; and Iris and Ash really never had that sort of thing going on. At the present time, there looks to be a serious chance Ash gets with the newest girl he travels with (Serena), as the two technically already had a date (only released in Japan so far). Whoever it happens to with (it really doesn't matter), it just really needs to happen already.
I know most people would like to see it happen with Misty, and who wouldn't. The two of them started it all, and really, she's the only one to basically confess she was in love with Ash (unintentionally to Brock in the one episode where the girl wants to marry him, and in the episode where they separate from each other). It would put many fans at ease, and could be a good way to end the series (or at least Ash's Character).
I wouldn't put it past the creators if he gets with May, Serena, someone else, or no one. I'm not showing any bias opinion, but Ash and May do look good together. And mentioned before, Serena does have a thing for him. The overall theme of Pokemon and Ash, however, are to be the best, and that might never see him get with someone. He might be one of the many people that put their passion before love.
I sincerely hope the creators one day have im get with someone, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. We'll have to stayed tuned and find out, much like the narrator to the Anime Series always says.Final Thoughts
A lot of great ideas in this article, if I do say so myself. All of these ideas are just opinions, but many PokeFans will tend to agree with at least one of these things.
Let's hope a few at least come into furition, but don't get your hopes up.
Personally, out of all of these, I'd like to see the ultimate game happen, as well as see Ash get with someone. I think those would be awesome.

there are anamles in pokemon there just hardly mentioned like when ash saw real fish in misty's gym who says Pikachu's lv. resets just because he lost to a snivy doesn't mean snivy was lv 5 remember ash's frokie trained all the time I like how gary has matured I hope ash does win the pokemon leage but they still go on with the show and if ash falls in love Pikachu becomes #2 that's why he probably pretends to be dence
they already explained why he doesn't age but people seem to be ignoring it xD; basically awhile back he met a legendary pokemon and was granted a wish. . his wish was to be able to always be well what he does. on an endless pokemon adventure the pokemon granted it by keeping him young forever so he could travel around the world catching an training pokemon. . or something to that extent you could prolly look it up an get a better explaination ^^;

Thats the thing about the greedy bastards at pokemon co. They don't want longevity they want sales, on otherwards they essentially want to sell you the same game twice, three times if possible

Pokemon is for kids, and people get into it everyday. It would be weird to for new pokemon fans to see him be 16, also remember HO Oh from the first episode?

Have the manga characters in the same series as ash and his friends, disbanned team rocket, let Ash and the others age let ash be champion of all regions and let Ash catch every pokémon (all 721+)

Let ash be in a relationship.... we're not kids anymore... also, we need a more skilled ash... maybe they are doing it in pokemon xy but... its just too late.
I wish the games could let you choose your own path, to be good or evil to help or to destroy that would be pretty neat.

i like that idea. a lot of other games let you choose. so why not pokemon? choose to fight the main team of bad guys or join them.

i think the catching them all thing should be in some sort of easy mode; that way, kids could start getting into it and go back and try the harder modes. also, multiple saves. a fan game i played (pokemon uranium) had them so nintendo should have no problem pulling it off!

Ash getting in a romantic relationship, maybe as an adult but as a child Ash should stay out of romantic relationships, not every protagonist should have a lover (harmful message to aromantic people) and the fact that friendship can finally be presented as the greatest thing of all is important.
