When you have Deadshow Daquri equipped, whenever you use the Aim Down sights button, you will automatically aim at the head of the zombie you happen to be aiming at.

Snipes do 15x more damage on the head and automatically aim at the head... Not sure bout the 15x damage bit btw

This drink is one of the best. It helps you get great points by shooting at the head. I would tell anyone to buy it. It is only 1500 points and totally worth it.
