There is no possible way to get unlimited ammo and/or money, that would be cheating and Treyarch is highly against cheating in their games.

Its very possible though you need a usb and a spare computer

This is possible for every system but it is required that the system be modded besides pc ofcoarse. So it depends on what system your playing on on how to do it
