Keep in mind that when you face the boss again you already know how to defeat them and every time you face the boss at a higher level, you will have an increased chance of getting rarer loot.

Chaos Chamber

The Chaos Chamber will become unlocked once you have successfully made it through the main story quests, and it is here where you will be able to attempt dungeons of various difficulties from one place. You will be able to repeatedly attempt these dungeons that have enemies and the bosses that will give you a decent amount of XP every time you clear the dungeon. Activate Shrine of Grindanna

The Shrine of Grindanna is found in the Overworld after you unlock your second class. Make sure you activate it as soon as possible as it can provide a permanent increase in any XP gained during the game. Once the Shrine of Gindanna has been activated you will automatically gain this passive increase of 10% XP.
