The To-Do List is a listing of daily missions that you can complete to earn rewards. When you complete the various missions you will be rewarded with a decent amount of Simoleons and XP, and if you manage to check off every task on the list you will gain bonus XP plus a Cupcake which can be used to replenish all the energy of your Sim should they be lacking some.
