How to Repair your Ship in Star Wars: Squadrons
It is inevitable that at some point during Star Wars: Squadrons your starship is going to sustain damage and you will need to repair it. In order to repair your vessel you will need to use a Repair Droid (Rebel Alliance) or Repair System (Empire) which are provided by the Repair Drone auxiliary. Providing you have one of these repair kits equipped while you are flying your ship you can press L1/R1 (PlayStation 4) or LT/RT (Xbox One) on your controller (depending on what side auxiliary it is equipped to) to begin repairing your vessel. What will then happen is your ship will gradually begin to repair and fix itself.
It is advised that you perform repairs to your ship when you are out of combat as enemy starfighters can easily take you down while your vessel is fixing. Remember also that every auto repair ability in Star Wars: Squadrons has a cooldown which you can see on your starships console.
Another way to repair your starship is to call in a Resupply by pressing Triangle (PS4) or Y (Xbox One) on your controller. When you call in a Resupply you will summon a floating green ring you can fly into. When you do so you will automatically heal your vessel for some of its damage and also restock your missiles. This repair method also has a cooldown and is best utilized either between battles or enemy waves.
