You can find the Taygna 6436 in the Drowned Lands in Taymr, Russia. You can find it near the garage in the northeastern corner of the map off the dirt road in the valley. The vehicle will be in a ditch and will require repairing before you can drive it away. This can easily be done using a Scout 800 with roof rack in 2-3trips.
