The enemies in the first levels are pushovers. Just avoid getting swarmed by moving around quickly. When using slower weapons like hammers and two-handed weapons, you can cancel your attack animation with a dash to avoid getting hit by an attack. One of the mid-bosses is a smaller version of the MK.1 boss with really similar attacks. Evade it and attack from its flank. When it jumps, dash out of the way.

Another mid-boss you’ll encounter is a floating sphere that shoots out a wide-spread of bullets. You can flank it while it’s shooting. Just be careful when it moves its “arms”. That is it’s only way of performing a melee attack so just move to the side or behind it while continuously attacking it.

Boss: MK.I

This boss is very slow but can hit hard. Like most enemies, avoid attacking up front. It’s arms have a wide and long reach, especially when swiping. Always move to its side or behind it. Sticking near the legs will allow you to attack it from its blind side.

When it jumps, move away to avoid getting caught in the blast when it lands. Make sure not to dash towards it while there’s still remnant energy from the impact since it can still damage you.

After dealing considerable damage, it will be stunned, giving you a few seconds of free hits. Once it recovers, anticipate that it will use its jump attack again so be prepared to get out of the way.
