Scenario: Save the Priest 3

In the Indoor Garden area, proceed to the northern exit to reach the grand garden area and where you’ll have to face the Blueblood Dragon that kidnapped Lilysse. Once the battle starts, time your servan bursts well, especially dinosword’s Rare Slash since its capable of dealing solid damage and inflict Bleed to the boss. Keep damaging it until you take off a quarter of its HP bar. After that, a cutscene will trigger.

The Demon Sword chose you.

After the scene, Arnice will be wielding the Demon Sword itself and with the Transformation ability. Arnice’s Transformation gauge will be full at the start of this battle but I recommend using it only when the boss is nearly defeated. Boss has an area-of-effect attack that can send anyone caught within the blast flying. You can mitigate this by performing a special attack right before the explosion or by dodging at the right time.

The boss’s basic melee attacks are performed through normal swipes and slamming the ground with its two extra appendages. These can be easily avoided by focusing on attacking to the rear. It also likes to flee from engagement the re-engage by dashing towards its targets. Aside from Bleed, the boss is also susceptible to stun.

Remember to heal as necessary and use your Servans burst properly. Once its HP gauge is down to the last quarter, transform and finish it off. Upon defeating the dragon, you’ll receive a huge amount of Blood and a chest will also appear containing accessories and/or ability-changing items (like Marks). Continue to the north of the garden to find Lilysse and rescue her. You’ll be transported back to the hotel afterward.
