I can't find my puppy for the A Puppy Odyssey Quest!

No, you are not the only one. I am in the exactly the same situation. I can't sit on couch with puppy as it has gone missing. I've tried to contact the company but have had no reply as yet. So annoying! Hopefully if enough people contact them they will rectify it & add more time to the Quest! If not, we've wasted all that time getting as far as we have

I've just had the exact same thing! In fact, I noticed as soon as I brought it home and put it down it just walked out of the house and disappeared. But I assumed it would have either returned or just gone back to the Park. It's absolutely nowhere to be found and I can't sit with the puppy either :(

I would like to know myself been waiting for an answer since yesterday, but no response from the support nor this site. I guess I wil miss out on this request. I just hope they give us credit for what percentage. I am at now 4 days left. Please some give us an answer. Thank you

I can't find the puppy either! Let me know if you get an answer from tech support. I've looked in each house and at the Park and there is no sign of the puppy. I think the Alien ate it!

Contact firemonkey! If we all do it hopefully they'll make a change and give us more time 😉

Then I had them talk on the phone with the owner, but when the next task popped up and said I had to pick up the puppy and sit with it the puppy was MISSING!!!! Please if anyone has an answer to this or an idea how to fix please write back because I want to finish this Quest!!!! Thanks.

It's a massive issue - submit report here, https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new and they're supposed to be sorting it. Looking at their fb page though, it's affecting huge numbers, so individual fix may not be quick.

I am having the same problem..would like to finish this but since I can't seem to find the puppy either I am hoping we can at least get an extension for time lost waiting for answers

Thats what happened to me also. I'm so confused and I would like to finnish this Quest as well. Sorry this isn't an answer, but just wanted to let you know your not alone. Lol

My puppy is also gone.. In the same way as your puppy. I don't now how to finishing the Quest 😭

Let's hope they add more time for this Quest. This is annoying!

I reported it to Firemonkey & today they rectified it & put my lost puppy in the Sim Tracker. They will tell you to stop playing the game & upload your game to cloud. Once you have done this, let them know. After that they were quick to respond & send the data through to your game which you then have to download but don't play the game until you have done this.

Go to the issue website with fire monkey. They actually have a drop down for missing puppy.

Uhhhh, is is soo annoying, I wish they would update this and fix the glitch, I really want to finish this Quest and I was doing soo well, 62% in 2 out of 7 days! And now I don't think ill finish it.

Dose any one no how long it takes for fire monkeys to get back to you after you uploaded to the cloud and let them know coz I sent a message back saying I have done that hours ago and not had any think back

I sent them report like 5 days ago and I am still waiting for answer.. If any of you get anything from them, can you please post it here? I am just totally curious of what they will do now.

Anyhow - the funny thing is that when you are submitting the glitch on their site, there is an option to report a missing puppy. :D Guess a lot of people have this problem.

And I really hope that they will give us more time to finish the Quest on time, I really want the puppy clothing thing.
