How to read celebrity gossip magazine?
My task is to read a celebrity gossip magazine at a neighbors house but all of the houses in my neighboring city doesn't have any magazines

Look for a pile of magazines in a neighbor house. If you cannot find it, consider adding a new neighbor who has a Courtesy House...
When you find yourself in this situation head over to the chat boards for the game on Supercheats, or head to the game guide on SC, and look for offers of Neighbor Towns that contain Courtesy Houses.
A Courtesy House is a house that has been intentionally created to provide the various Items, kit, and tools required for the Social missions, Quests, and tasks.

In task it is mentioned as read magazine in your neighbours home but their is no magazine in any of my neighbour home how to complete this task
